Submitting package or tour inquiries does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings cannot be confirmed until tour operators have confirmed the booking with Alaska Concierge. Once these confirmations are received, Alaska Concierge will send a confirmation or tour voucher to the traveler. If a selected tour isn’t available and alternatives exist, Alaska Concierge will notify the traveler and provide information on other of the alternatives. It will be the traveler’s choice to remove or replace the requested tour with another tour. No tours or itineraries will be confirmed until a credit card and associated information are provided to Alaska Concierge.

However, these prices are changed at tour operator and hotel discretion. Alaska Concierge will notify you of the tour operator price changes as soon as they are identified. Hotels use dynamic pricing algorithms, so prices may change if bookings are not made quickly after a quote has been provided. Availability for tours and accommodations are based on tour operator or hotel schedules and cannot be guaranteed until the time the confirmationbooking is receivedmade. For custom itineraries, a $250 advance, nonrefundable deposit is required. All or a portion of Tthis amount will be reduced from the final price of the overall itinerary depending on the final price of the itinerary.

Terms and Conditions: Add 5% tax and optional gratuity to all tours, packages, weddings and lodging. Prices subject to change until confirmed. Unless otherwise specified, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required for all tours at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date and is non-refundable once charged
